We are actively seeking an Operations Manager in our Phoenix, AZ branch. The Operations Manager will help oversee and run branch operations, customer service, warehouse and office activities.  They will help manage and oversee people, processes and systems; ensure productivity targets are met and maintain the security of the facility and all the goods stored in it; will ensure workplace health and safety requirements are being met.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • recruiting and training of staff;
  • monitoring the performance and progress of staff;
  • communicating with other departments;
  • overseeing stock control and processing orders;
  • ensuring quality, delivery, budget and environmental objectives are met ;
  • fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation’s headquarters;
  • coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems;
  • responding to and dealing with customer communication by email, fax and telephone;
  • keeping tracking and control systems up to date;
  • planning future capacity requirements;
  • producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
  • briefing team leaders on a daily basis;
  • visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving;
  • maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment;
  • overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
